Hello. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I ordered coffee with vegetable milk, namely coconut, which was indicated when placing the order. However, I was given a drink with a different type of milk, presumably cow's milk or other vegetable milk, not coconut milk. Unfortunately, I am allergic to certain types of milk, and after drinking the drink, I started having an allergic reaction. This not only caused physical discomfort, but also put my health at risk. Please pay attention to the seriousness of the situation. Disrupting an order, especially one related to food allergies, can have serious consequences. I hope you will take measures to prevent this from happening again and train your staff to be more attentive to such requests.
