The coziest and warmest apartment I've ever stayed in. There was probably nowhere such attention to detail and provision of everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We felt at home.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to many grocery stores and cafes. We also lived in 307 this year. Pool view, quiet, 15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is clean, tidy, you can feel the care of the owners for the guests.

We had a rest in October for a whole month in room 307! We are very satisfied! The house is located in an alley, surrounded by private villas, very quiet! A wonderful, beautiful swimming pool, all in greenery, with a section for children, recently renovated. The apartments are quiet, blackout curtains do not allow the apartment to warm up, the air conditioners are quiet! The kitchen is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, pans, pots, bowls, ladles, dishes and cutlery in abundance. Very comfortable beds. Nearby- 2 min walk, two shops lotus go fresh and 7/11, very convenient. In general, there are many restaurants, cafes, shops, fruit stalls nearby. The beach is 15-20 minutes away. There is a large exercise area on the way to the beach. Everything is so convenient, just a great location, wonderful 307 devices!
