The cafe is part of the Albatross Charm Hotel. And there is no strong difference from the usual European cuisine. You can always find something to eat. The dishes are different. They don't have much desserts in all the hotels- a sponge cake soaked in syrup, for an amateur. And delicious homemade shortbread cookies are served every 4 days. As often as possible. As it is, there are fish every day, and shrimps often.

I really liked the Fish market cafe, to the left of the mosque. A rich selection of seafood, especially delicious tom yam. Excellent staff, everyone speaks Russian. Nice prices.
