We had a rest in June-July 2025. The placement is prompt, the house is clean, Clean towels. The territory is also always tidy, the pool is always clean. The friendly hosts always responded to any requests, helped in solving any issues. The location is convenient almost next to the center (a little walk away) the sea is nearby. Shared kitchen, always tidy and clean. Who doesn't want to cook next to a cafe through the house? We liked everything, we recommend both families with children and those who want to retire and spend the evening with a glass of Abkhazian wine! Thank you for your hospitality!

A great place to relax, new clean, spacious houses, a veranda for gatherings, a large kitchen, there is everything you need and even more. The sea is within walking distance. Separately, about the pool, it's great, big, clean, the water is warm at any time, the lighting is on fire in the evening. One of the best hotel pools that I've seen.

Excellent recreation center. There is everything you need to relax, first of all - the "rules" :)) The base is quiet, everything is family-friendly, a large swimming pool, a trampoline for children, an equipped kitchen and a great location. The base administrator and the maintenance staff are very helpful, helping with all matters and problems. The cabins have a TV, air conditioning, a large bed and an equipped bathroom. You can also eat at a nearby cafe (3 minutes walk). My family and I were very satisfied :)
