On 18.12 we decided to have a snack with my husband before going to the cinema. We arrived earlier on purpose, as we know about the often long wait. This is not the main complaint, although there are questions here: in 30+ minutes of waiting for a small order (one burger + a small combo), you can already get a salad with a drink in the restaurant. But we were ready to wait, we wanted fast food. As a result, the burgers were cold... but that's not the main thing. I'm attaching a photo of what my grilled hamburger looked like. I know perfectly well what goes in there, but is it really okay to give something like this? Alone?! a circle of cucumber and a spit (sorry, I can't say otherwise) of sauce. The potatoes and nuggets were fine. I'm not a fussy customer at all, I've worked in catering and the service sector myself, and therefore I can't imagine how you can give this to a person. The staff didn't have time to clarify this point, so I decided to leave a review.

02.02 visited a restaurant, left with not very good emotions 1) we ordered on a tray, the order was packaged, and when asked to transfer it to a tray, the package was placed on a tray 2) the composition of the order: they did not put the sprinkles (there were at most up to 10 orders at the restaurant); there was a feeling of underweight in the portion of fries. 3) the burger recipes were depressing: they were assembled in the wrong order, as well as slices of tomatoes cut in half. 4) the saddest thing is, the hair in the whopper, when contacting an employee and asking to redo the Burger, the employee took it away and turned around and began to smile strongly

We bought two sets today for 5.5, but changed the cheesy chicken to Caesar king and fresh chicken with an additional fee, and eventually got regular burgers. It was not possible to sort out the situation on the spot, as the order was opened and the dinner was not on the spot. Also, upon receipt from the employee, we clarified whether our order was accurate and whether our bumps were accurate. To which we received a not entirely sure answer that yes, the order is ours. It was unpleasant for the overpayment and the rolls were quite dry, with a small amount of sauce.
