The bread and potatoes are stale and dry, especially the angus pormezano cutlet. 3. The trash can is overflowing, garbage is falling out of it. Again, given the lack of visitors, they probably haven't been thrown out since yesterday. Among the advantages, we quickly collected an order and a good cappuccino. But I was very unpleasantly surprised that the potatoes were yesterday's, hard as wood and absolutely cold. The whopper was also cold, but at least it was fresh, at least I warmed it up in the microwave. I contacted the call center. I was promised that the manager would call back. But the manager called back only after I called the call center a second time 2 hours later. As a result of the dialogue, he tried to blame the courier. Although the courier definitely has nothing to do with it. Of course, the manager defended his interests, saying that this could not be, they always give everything to the hot ones. But this is not the first time I have ordered, and from experience it is clear that the courier has already been given cold. As a result, I was initially offered a 15% discount. It was only after I asked what I should do with the wooden potatoes that I was offered to replace them, but at the next order. The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. For comparison, the same McBay once mistakenly sent me an order that wasn't mine. But they called me, apologized, and sent me another courier with my order for free.
