Great bakery cafe! The assortment is always pleasing, and something new often appears. Eclairs and trifles are especially good. He works from 8 a.m. (which is a big plus before classes or before work). The inconvenient thing is the steps made of metal plates at the entrance and the absence of handrails. The best eclairs and the magic of baking behind glass! We stopped at the "Bun" in Gilibera Park right before the train to get something delicious for the trip. And it was the perfect solution! A place that is definitely worth a visit before leaving. The main feature of the establishment is an open kitchen. To see how work is going on behind the glass, how bakers knead the dough and create all this beauty, it's just fascinating and adds 100 + to the atmosphere and trust. A real baking theater! About the taste: eclairs are some of the best I've ever tasted. Seriously, I don't know what could possibly be wrong here. From everyday moments: It was quite fresh inside, and it was noticeable on a cool day. The toilet with a combination lock (the code in the receipt) is an understandable and, apparently, forced decision for a place in a popular park. The only small disadvantage was that the trash can, where the trays had to be put away, was overflowing. Cleaning up after yourself is absolutely normal and correct, but I would like the staff to check the tank's fullness more often. Bottom line: Despite the small nuance, this place is an absolute must-visit if you like baking. Strong 5, because the taste overrides everything.
