I would like to sincerely recommend this place. Very nice involved staff. Inviting and cozy interior. Special attention is paid to the serving and taste of the dishes. We ordered about 5 items. Each dish is above all praise. We were looking for draniki, because we are their fans and we knew that Minsk is famous for them. They didn't regret it at all. It's a great place, if we are in Minsk, we will definitely visit it and recommend it to our friends. I highly recommend the mushrooms from the positions, we ordered two servings, they were delicious. Draniki (with any topping) brioche pate, and pies. Special thanks to the waiters for the recommendations on the menu. I wanted not only to eat at the restaurant, but also to take it with me.🤣

It's a very tasty place. Some of the meat dishes are made in a smoker for 14 hours (in borscht, the meat is from there) The portions are large. We ordered soup and a second course each, and it was a big mistake. There's a lot of soup and it's delicious, and there won 't be much room left for the main course. 🥲 I recommend the Cornflower cocktail It has its own brewery, and a second-hand version will be added soon. Before visiting, people need to think about the workload of the restaurant during the season and BOOK tables IN ADVANCE. Moreover, we were advised to visit this restaurant at 2 Svobody Street, but we did not get there, as everything was busy for several days ahead. We didn't even know about this restaurant, I accidentally saw it on the map and decided to sign up, and we did it. It turns out that this is one chain, but the menu of these restaurants is different! (this is the first time I've seen this). I recommend going to both, try the cuisine and compare it). Insanely delicious food! You have to try it, words can't describe it. Delicate, subtle cuisine with exquisite solutions. The interior is made with taste, lots of details, pleasing to the eye. It's nice to be in this place. All the people were friendly and helpful: the bartender, the waiter, the manager. They let me in 10 minutes before the opening, when it was raining outside :) The only thing was that they couldn't leave a tip because they didn't have any cash with them. A very cool place in the center of Minsk is Bulbashi. We were there on a recommendation, and this is the case when the expectations were really fulfilled. The atmosphere is cozy, the style is modern, but with references to Belarusian culture, without the "collective farm" entourage. We visited both Bulbashas in Minsk, the menu in the restaurants is different, but each one has super cool items! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, but it is advisable to book tables. I fell in love with this restaurant on my very first trip to Minsk. I bring my friends here, and this time I brought my mom. I am glad that for several years now the restaurant has been holding the bar high according to all criteria of perfection. What else can I say... the menu is varied and it presents both traditional Belarusian cuisine in the author's interpretation, and Europe, in other words, for every taste, but I can assure you that each dish will be brought to that wonderful feeling when you want to savor every bite. I will describe a little the dishes that we tried this time. 1. Rabbit cutlet with celery puree and cauliflower. The celery puree is tender like mousse, the rabbit patty is juicy without an extraneous aftertaste, and it would probably have won a prize in the competition for the most delicious patty) 2. A duck leg melts in your mouth, and a wonderful zucchini envelope with cheese is something incredible, something that I would order separately as an appetizer. Imagine duck meat coming off the bone, which has not been boiled or crushed to an incoherent substance, but has retained its elasticity. The perfect sauce is spicy and moderately sweet. 3. Shingles with steak. Honestly, these are the best shingles I've ever tried. They are not greasy, leaving no oily residue on the lips, combined with medium roast cutlet, this is a full-fledged second course. 4. Borscht . According to all the canons with bacon, lard , sour cream, bread and onion. Fine. Perhaps someone will think that borscht is difficult to spoil, believe me, it's much easier to do this than you think) Of course I want to celebrate the presentation, everything is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! If you want to visit this place, it is better to book a table in advance in order to get there for sure. In conclusion, I would like to say that I wholeheartedly wish this institution continued prosperity.

My opinion will not differ from the reviews below - a really great place. We were at the 7th and tried half of the menu, everything is not just delicious, but also interesting. This is called the author's cuisine, when familiar dishes play with completely different colors and semitones, have their own personality. We all agreed that the cook is a master. And their beer is not inferior to the kitchen)) we took it with us, it is worthy to bring such a gift to the most demanding foam lovers. There is an opinion that for the sake of such a beer it is not a sin to take a ride to Minsk. But that's not all. The service adequately serves all of the above. The waiter knows the menu and is happy to tell us how everything is cooked, he's just an open-minded, adequate young man, and no, it's not that we're lucky, the guys who don't have our table assigned to them, coming by themselves if necessary. In general, the tone of communication is very pleasant - light, but with respect for the guest and yourself. Just bravo to the team and the person who put it together.

The first time I liked everything except the fish soup: there were a lot of fish, but the broth was too salty that I couldn't finish it. The statement pies turned out to be shukets made of smoked custard dough, and the cap of Brest-Litovsk cheese was just casually grated cheese that flew off like smoke from white apple trees. Our first place in Minsk was recommended to us by both locals and a guide. It was VERY tasty. At first, they were surprised at the price of borscht, but they brought delicious bacon with it.
