Service was good, but there is one thing: I gave fragile things to be sent, yet they were not treated accordingly. Hope they will be intact until reaching the hand of the receiver

Я отправила посылку 10 апреля 2026 года из Ташкента в Бишкек, меня три недели вводили в заблуждение, что посылка вот-вот будет у получателя. Вчера наконец-то мы добились чтобы нам сказали "правду": посылка возвращалась и ее якобы опять отправили. Нам посылку из Бишкека дальше нужно отправить 29 апреля и концов не найдем. Сегодня связались опять с BTS, сказали, что перезвонят через 10 минут, прошло два часа никто не звонит и теперь на наши звонки не отвечают. Это беспредел, т е мы не знаем ни где наша посылка, ни будет ли она доставлена, нас просто обманывают постоянно!!!!
