Good afternoon. I do not recommend this seller. They exchanged a washing machine with an additional payment of 480 rubles, in August 2024. So their restored car broke down twice in a year . We paid for their repairs. And she broke back down. We agreed with the director to exchange it again with an adequate price of 100rubles, and we brought another washing machine with a receipt for an additional payment of 100 rubles. We installed it, checked it, and a week later the director calls and says we made a mistake. You have to pay 460rubles extra. Although before bringing the washing machine, the manager dialed them with confirmation that the director confirmed the additional payment of 100rubles when bringing the washing machine. And the director now claims that he meant that 100rubles is a credit for a broken washing machine. Sold for 480rubles , offset 100 rubles, and additional payment of 460 rubles. I do not recommend buying!!!!! It is better to take a new one and wash it for 10 years than to change it every year with an additional payment of 460 rubles.
