The caregivers probably know their stuff. But the director is from the Soviet period..I bring a child on a bicycle and constant conflicts over bike parking on the territories, but in no other way, there are no places equipped for bike parking. The same ABC kindergarten has no problems, and other private kindergartens. And a director with such "principles" has no place at all in such a position.
