But I ordered mats (cast from rubber), asked about the time frame, they said 2-3 hours for production, decided to wait, it turned out that they were not made from us and had to wait 10 days, well, I agreed to this, 100% prepayment, waited 4 weeks, they never arrived. She asked for a refund. The money was returned, of course. But of course it's a pity of time.
