Studio for rehearsals. A few rooms, bigger or smaller. Always works. It's always clean and pleasant. Positive staff. There are music stands. There is a cooler. Toilet. Necessary equipment. Come and practice.

We rehearsed with the band on 04/29/2025. We entered the room we rented, in fact, the guitar amp turned out to have a non-working effects loop, JCM 2000. While we tested it and found out, it took 20 minutes, and the administrator changed the amplifier for another 15 minutes and asked for help (arguing that I was probably better at this). As a result, with all the substitutions and adjustments, we lost 50 minutes of rehearsal time and only 1 hour and 10 minutes remained out of 2 hours. For this incident, there was not a word from the administrator in terms of apologies for this situation and not a penny discount for lost time through no fault of our own. I don't recommend this basement to anyone.
