I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Bloom Tour company, especially to the manager Polina. When I contacted you, I was in a state of complete despair and did not know where to go next. I was faced with a very difficult choice related to travel, and I had absolutely no idea how to deal with it. Polina has become a real support for me.
