Naturally, he immediately went and silently, without pretense or scandal, simply showed his bitten pancake with a long hair peeking out of it to the girl at the checkout. At first she didn't see anything, then she looked closer and said, "Oh, hair." She took a pancake and carried it to the kitchen, calling the cook's girl by name along the way. After 30 seconds, a girl in a cap on her head came out to me from the kitchen and said with a stony face without a banal "hello" with an absolutely renounced intonation: - Well, we can redo it. All. No apologies, no attempts to laugh it off/make excuses. It sounded like, "we can redo it, but you can eat it anyway." I was in a good mood, so I reacted calmly and agreed. It's clear from the staff that they don't care what the guests think about this place, they're just doing their job, no more, no less. It would be OK if it was a roadside cafe. But this point is in the park, where, for example, I came while visiting Minsk. In short, the pancakes are delicious, albeit hairy. And the service - well, thank you for at least offering to redo the option, that's something.
