Absolutely terrible service. I bought a belt and needed it to be shortened. The sales assistant told me: “We can do this for you, we’ll send it to the workshop, it will be ready tomorrow, we will call you right away and arrange delivery.” Of course, the next day no one even called. They smile to your face, but apparently nobody wants to work. The day after that, I sent my driver to pick up my purchase, but it wasn’t ready — they had “forgotten to send it to the workshop.” Not surprising, honestly. They then claimed they sent it and said, “It will definitely be ready by 4 PM today.” As you can probably guess, nothing was ready. Today is already the fourth day since the purchase — I still have neither my item nor a single call from the manager informing me that they are delayed. I don’t want to go there and argue or force the staff to actually do their job. Draw your own conclusions. The cost of the purchase is around half a million soums. I will never go there again. Абсолютно ужасный сервис. Купила ремень, нужно было уменьшить размер. Консультантка сказала: «Мы можем сами это для вас сделать, отправим в цех, завтра будет готово, мы вам сразу позвоним и отправим доставкой». Конечно, на следующий день никто даже не позвонил. Улыбаются в лицо, работать никто не хочет, видимо. Ещё через день я отправила туда своего водителя, чтобы забрать мою покупку, готово не было, они «ЗАБЫЛИ отдать в цех». Ничего удивительного, впрочем. Отправили якобы в цех, сказали, что «до четырех часов сегодня все будет готово». Как вы понимаете, ничего готово, конечно же, не было. Сегодня уже четвертый день от покупки, ни моего товара, ни звонка от менеджера, что они не успевают, я не получила. Ехать ругаться и заставлять персонал работать я не хочу. Выводы делайте сами. Стоимость покупки около полумиллиона сум. Больше никогда туда не зайду.

I try to fly home to Tashkent once a year and see my friends. And then my childhood friend from America arrives, but I just can't. I decided to send a small gift and turned to my previously favorite store. It is very difficult to navigate the site, it needs to be completed by the guys.
