Review from 02/16/2025: I came here because of the expanded range of services provided. They greeted me kindly, and then I went to get a haircut from master Andrey. A pleasant person, listened to the wishes and calmly and professionally did his job, as well as in the end gave recommendations on hair care and hairstyle styling. My wife also liked the result) Review from 05/21/2026: I signed up for the second time with the same master, and I had a pleasant impression after the first visit. They greeted him kindly and Barber got to work. He described his wishes through past photos and added a comment that the transition from zero was important and also said that the actor had one. He stopped me, saying that he understood. It took 20 minutes and he started styling his hair, without specifying if everything was fine. But I was not satisfied that he did not do it according to his wishes, referring to what I had asked as an actor, to which I said that the original request was different, but the actor as a whole was similar, but this was an example at the end of the description that he interrupted, and not the exact instructions. After that, he did as I originally said, and again, without asking if everything was fine, he began to lay down. I paid, went outside, looked in the mirror again at the exit, and noticed the irregularities. He immediately returned, asking for a correction, to which he replied that he would not redo it 10 times. The receptionist was standing nearby and just kept silent. No one did anything about my poor-quality work, and the master simply refused to correct his mistakes. I went to another barber and everything was fixed there. The issue would not be so acute if it were a hairdresser, where a haircut costs 10p. However, since you are a barbeshop, you would like to receive a high-quality service that justifies the prices for it.
