The hotel is located in a remote part of the city. The Concrete Plant bus stop. The owner will charge more for the transfer than to get there by taxi. The attitude towards the guests is high. In correspondence, prepare to wait a few hours for him to respond to you. Especially if you want to discuss your problems rather than transfer money to him. 10 days before arrival, he warned that there were health problems, even attached a doctor's certificate. When discussing the price, the owner was very persuaded that it was expensive because there were many people who wanted to, and when it came to refunding the advance (the size is larger than other hotels ask for) it turned out that there were no takers and the owner's advance was healed. I don't recommend it.
