It took a mega long time to change the lenses in the glasses. it was in the summer, it was necessary to replace the lenses in ORDINARY sunglasses (without diopters), the frame is normal, but the glasses need to be replaced with similar ones and also with polarization. The dancing started immediately upon selection, 10 samples with polarization, they ask which ones you want, they tell you everything, and then they give out that there are none. There is only 1 of this type. What's the point of wasting time and choosing something when you don't have it??? Passed the points, the deadline is a week. A week later they are silent, we come back 2 weeks later, but the glasses are not ready yet, and they wrote down the number wrong, they say they could not get through. Then they rewrote the number, asked for another week, a week later they called, they came, and one lens was straight, the second at a 90-degree angle (who doesn't understand - polarizing lenses must be installed in one direction, otherwise imagine that everything is fine in one eye, and everything is fine in the other, the phone screen, the shine from the tiles, glare from the sun - this causes dizziness and vomiting, I attached an example in the photo) The master with a smart look together with the consultant girl, looking at the tester, proved that this was normal, then they realized that it was not normal, they delayed for a week... Then it turned out that they lost the number again and DID NOT REDO ANYTHING, they explained again that this was normal (when you feel dizzy because of the inverted lens, yeah), then we agreed again that we should restrain ourselves... from the 3rd or 4th time, we were able to put the lenses straight! Hurray! In total, it took about 2 months. By the way, the number was never recorded correctly, judging by the reviews, the master continues to work there, thank you, I felt such terrible service for the first time.

Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely negative. After checking my eyesight in this store, I was given the wrong parameters. After putting on my glasses, I immediately felt severe discomfort: headache, nausea and dizziness. When I told the consultant that I was feeling unwell, the response was: "Never mind, you'll get used to it." Get used to what? To the pain? To make you feel worse? I consider this attitude to the client's health unacceptable. Eyesight is too important to be treated so negligently. After contacting another specialist, it became clear that the selection was performed incorrectly.
