They do not comply with the delivery time, the flight takes 21 days !!!! There are no penalties, the staff is very rude! We sent the cargo at the Auto rate, they sent it at the avia rate, took the payment in full as for the avia, and the goods arrived in 21 days as a car. Nothing can be solved, the staff completely ignores it. Despite the fact that I speak Turkish fluently, I couldn't prove my point. The manager doesn't care about the clients, no one is interested in their rights.
