Good afternoon, on May 14th, I pre-booked myself and my son for a haircut at the Bercut barbershop for 21 hours. We arrived at 20:57 and waited. My son was duly invited to a chair at 21. I'm just sitting there waiting for something. The receptionist doesn't say anything, doesn't explain why I'm not invited, doesn't ask me to wait, just sits on the phone. At 21:06, Alesya, the senior barber, invited me to take a seat in an armchair, without explaining the reason for the delay. During the haircut, the barber allows himself to pick up a personal phone and talk, and then just continues to cut. The barbershop has a large mirror and good light in the armchair area. I'm sitting and in the big mirror I see the receptionist at 21:15 starting to carry bags of daytime garbage from the entire barbershop in the background, and a cloud of barber dust rises. Everyone's rushing home, getting a haircut fast. I already paid 65 rubles for this beauty at 21:31 and did not understand something. It feels like I returned to the USSR, when they took turns getting their hair cut at the KBO barbershop, the hairdresser washed the floor, and then she cut it, and finally she could ask to throw the garbage into a nearby tank. The attitude towards a client who made an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and paid 65 rubles in 25 minutes is disgusting.

I go to the master (Roman), he always makes an excellent haircut, every time he surprises with his skill, excellent service, and attention to detail, + you are well versed in cosmetics and hair care, I also like that he always supports a conversation, and makes a very funny joke, I highly recommend this master.
