I've been the owner of Atlas 2021 for almost 4 years. There are no serious questions about the car itself — it fulfilled its task. However, in the 4th year of operation (2025), the air conditioner compressor failed. There were no spare parts available in the Republic of Belarus, the dealer was not engaged in repairs — the part had to be ordered from the Russian Federation. This looks absurd, considering that the plant is located about 50 km from Minsk. The issue of after-sales support and logistics remains open. In November 2025, I decided to change the car for a trade-in to an X80 on the background of preferential loans. I joined the queue back in October and early November, while they talked about a large delivery in December. Then the chain of constant postponements began: • December → early January, • early January → January 22 (by this point, preferential car loans had been canceled, leaving only a preferential loan for additional equipment), • January 22 → January 26 (after which the preferential loan for additional equipment was canceled), • the date January 27 is now being announced.(and something tells me that this is "not accurate") As a result of such transfers, the client is faced not just with "waiting", but with real financial consequences: it becomes impossible to predict the financial burden normally, and the final cost of the car turns out to be higher than originally planned. The constant change of terms and conditions without responsibility for previously given promises looks like the lack of a systematic approach to sales and customer service. Yes, there are few alternatives on the RB market for this money. But they are there. And with this attitude, customer loyalty disappears much faster than it is formed. A competitive price can be provided administratively, but the buyer's trust cannot.
