I went to them for the first one too, I really liked everything. I also contacted the warranty department, the climate control did not work correctly for the new atlas from sale (the chats are just buzzing with it), they immediately offered to re-ask the climate control unit, they said they knew the problem and would fix it for free, it really helped, now I'm driving and I'm crazy. We have been serving Jilly for 2 years in this service! The service is terrible! The guys are reluctant to talk and don't say anything specific about replacing parts. Namely: the car is under warranty, the air conditioner tube has failed, I have been waiting for it for 2 weeks, I call the service myself, there is no specific answer, when the tube arrives and they will do it under warranty... wait for the answer all the time.... I just don't understand what to expect.? The end of summer, when the air conditioner will not be needed... or when they will change employees to more qualified ones??? By the way, we visited Jilly's service in Minsk, where the staff is much friendlier and more competent, they communicate with customers very respectfully, which cannot be said about the service in Baranovichi!!!
