I flew with Belavia from Minsk to Baku. I was very pleased with the service: the departure was on the minute, the girls worked quickly at the check-in desks, the chairs were comfortable, and the food was good. The staff is smiling, polite, pleasant people who try their best. The flight with them went well, although I had some nuances with the ticket due to my mistake, but they helped me solve the problem (many thanks to everyone involved).

It's a great airline. Everything is clear, fast, friendly. The planes have 2 seats on each side, it's a little shaky on takeoff, but not critical. Despite the fact that the flight is 1.20, they are treated to hot drinks and marshmallows.
