Максимально не доволен обслуживанием в данном филиале. Очень большие очереди, операторы работают очень медленно. Часа два ждал очереди своей.

It's a terrible office. There are 3 managers out of 6 . The room manager talks very rudely and ignores people. The queue for 4 people moved forward in 50 minutes. Lack of seats. Instead, there are display cases with telephones all over the hall.
