I appreciate the service first of all. I had an appointment for a manicure, but I needed an early window on the same day. Overwritten, I was confirmed that the recording was postponed (one day before the visit). Now I came to the salon, the receptionist couldn't find my record, and after a few minutes of waiting, she returned with the words: "Sorry, an intern recorded you, your recording was not rescheduled, the master is busy now." I only have a few days in Tashkent, and I've booked a manicure before the wedding (thank God, I'm just a guest). I don't have any more time except right now. In 2025, I'm just discouraged when the service is so lame. Moreover, I had a similar story with BeBeauty when I lived here, they also had an overlay with a record, then I waited. That is, the case is not an isolated one. Would this happen to the salon's regular customers? I'm sure you don't. Did they offer me another option, a window, or a solution? No. Will I come back here? Unlikely. Is the loss of one customer important for a salon with its own base? Probably not, but is a business being built to provide impeccable service to 10%, and the rest randomly? In my understanding, no, and it doesn't matter if I come every day or every six months.
