It was the first time I took this company's paint and I don't know what the packaging for gray hair looks like, so I didn't notice that they gave me the wrong one. Returning to the barbershop to return the product that the seller gave me, initially knowing that I did not need it, they tell me that the money will not be refunded, since it was paid by card. I said that if the money was not returned to me, I would go to the consumer rights society. The seller returned the money to me, and said: (quote) God will give her more, and not to such MARKET WOMEN. The result: it turns out that a consumer who lost time (went back and forth from the other end of the city), painted in the wrong color that he wanted, since there was no time to paint urgently, (he had to go to the event in an hour), who knows his rights, CAN be CALLED, HIDING BEHIND GOD. I did not use the services of hairdressers.
