Two buildings have already been renovated (to the left of the entrance, closer to the sea). I still did not understand where the SPA was located, I saw one similar place to it, but it was closed. Restaurants on the beach (not from the hotel) were closed. The tennis court is in an unusable condition (although the description of the hotel states that you can play for 30 minutes a day). The neighboring hotel, also from the JAZ chain, is currently being renovated and may soon be opened, but now you can not use its territory (although when choosing a hotel, I read that you can also go there). Considering that I needed to warm my belly on the beach, the condition of the hotel didn't bother me much, but I paid more attention to the beach. The beach is good, the sand is fine, access to the sea is normal for both children and adults. There are good umbrellas and deck chairs, but you need to occupy the deck chairs from 6:00, then of course there were free ones, but further away from the water and where there are already corals at the entrance to the water. There are a lot of beautiful fish, but a little deeper closer to the reef. The water is clean, I didn't notice any garbage. There is a bar nearby, drinks are served on the beach (don't forget to tip) Sometimes people come from the Albatross hotel to go for a swim, as their beach is not for swimming, there is normal water for swimming 200 meters along the pier from the beach itself. There are no water attractions in the hotel, which reduces the number of guests with children and makes the hotel more relaxing. There are a lot of elderly people who don't make much noise.
