The elevator has not been working on the second floor for more than a week!!! I, as a mother with a small child in a stroller, cannot go up to the second floor! Dragging a stroller with a child up the stairs is not easy, and leaving the stroller on the ground floor and carrying the child in your arms does not allow you to do anything properly with one hand. I haven't been able to pick up the goods from Ozon for a week because of this non-working elevator!!! I specially ordered it there so that I could pick it up with the stroller safely.… I'm already silent about the fact that I can't get to other stores on the second floor, since I can go somewhere else, although it's also inconvenient. But the ozone products are only stored for 2 weeks, and is it really impossible to fix one elevator in two weeks?? Nobody needs it apparently…
