To be honest, for the first 15 minutes in the Bavaria 100 I was in a bit of shock and ready to leave. I came to them with what seemed to me to be a minor problem — the belt or roller began to howl. I thought, "Replace it in an hour and go on." We discussed the price for diagnosing this node, and then it started... the Master came out with a tablet and a face that does not bode well. The result of the inspection: "You also have a dead engine support, the front lever silentblocks are in the dust, and by mistake, the ignition is missing on the third cylinder." I immediately have a picture in my head: "Divorce" and "Now they will count a million." But the most interesting thing started later, when I decided to stay and give them a chance (I felt sorry for the car). That's what the Bavaria 100 really deserves an A for: communication. All further negotiations were conducted via Telegram. I didn't have to stand over my soul. A message arrives: a large photo of my dead engine support with the comment "Look, the rubber is completely torn off, it's scary to even touch it when replacing the belt, vibration will soon kill the catalyst." And then there's the price: the original, the analogue (with mileage according to their statistics) and the price of the work. They sent a video of him whistling on a cold one over his belt. According to the mistakes, deciphering why this is not just "replacing the coil", but the advice to start with candles and purging the nozzles, "because the coil has nothing to do with it, look at the lambdas." No obsessive "we're changing everything urgently." Just facts, photos from the scene, recommendations in the style of "it's too early to do that on this run, but look at this in six months." As a result, the prices were set strictly according to what was mentioned in the correspondence. No surprises at the checkout. Bottom line: We did everything according to the list (I agreed to everything necessary, except for deferred recommendations). The car went as good as new. Yes, it was a nervous start — it turned out that I arrived not with a "momentary problem", but with the suspension falling apart and the engine, which would soon "crumble". But it is for honesty and transparency that Bavaria is now 100 on my list of the best. If you want to know the whole truth about your car with pictures in Telegram, go here. I recommend 4 stars to read :-)

I do not recommend it, dubious specialists work there!!! They misdiagnosed the problem + deceived that the oil in the rear gearbox was perfect + they did not want to give a diagnostic opinion (they had to beg). They diagnosed the replacement of the rear gearbox (although, according to them, the oil there is perfect) + a crosspiece in the gimbal (although I have two of them and couldn't localize which one). As a result, it turned out that it was just a suspended gimbal (replacement of about 100 rubles), and when changing the oil in the rear gearbox, it turned out that there was little oil and it was "tired (black)". Replacing the suspension really helped and the hum disappeared.

The best BMW repair service. Everything is fast and clear. While you're waiting for your swallow, you can play a skating rink with Ilya and Artyom. Definitely recommend it
