There are a lot of Russian-speaking people in the town, so there were no problems with communication. A lot of pleasant impressions remained from visiting Mahmutlar and, of course, the hotel. Everything is organized at a decent level. The staff is polite, friendly, generally pleasant people. The territory and rooms are clean and cozy. In general, there is nothing to complain about. The food is delicious at home, there are no crowds, and tables are available. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back. We stayed at this hotel in the second half of June 2024. The hotel is located in the village of Mahmutlar (it turns out that this is the most remote tourist place, so we traveled on the transfer for a long time and were the last). Externally, the hotel looks quite nondescript; one building with a swimming pool and a water slide. There is a bar under the canopy, and there is also a dining area. The room was quite spacious, there was a balcony with a view of the courtyard of the hotel and neighboring buildings. The furniture is passable in quality. There was no refrigerator. The air conditioner wasn't working in our room (it wasn't cooling at all). We left a request at the reception. The employee came right away, but did not solve the problem. It was suggested to change the number. Food. Meals are served in a small room. The choice of dishes is small, but we didn't go hungry. Beach. There were no problems getting to the beach. Upon check-in, we were given a route map. There were enough sun beds for everyone, they are free. There was an employee on the beach who opened the umbrella and laid out the mattresses every time. There is no bar on the beach. There are large slabs at the entrance to the sea, but there are areas that are cleared of them and you can safely enter. We took corals, for convenience. Animation. There was a foam party once a week, and they also played music in the evening. There are many shops near the hotel, there is a grocery and clothing market nearby, and there are plenty of cafes. It was possible to get to Alanya by public transport. The staff is pleasant and courteous. The atmosphere is family friendly. I recommend the hotel for tourists who are going to spend most of their time at the sea and enjoy it!

The food was quite decent and uninterrupted: breakfast ended, tortillas began to be baked, after lunch there was a coffee break with cookies. The choice of dishes is small, but everything is delicious. Both fish and Chicken. There are a lot of salads, especially delicious eggplant was cooked there. Fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, pears, plums, grapes, oranges. The bar was open all the time. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, sun beds, sand. The entrance to the water is not very good, stone slabs. That's why I preferred the pier. Overall, I liked the hotel and the staff. The optimal price-quality ratio! Negative Wi-Fi is paid! For $ 2 per day.
