It's a great place!By the time we arrived, the steam room and the hammam were heated! the location is convenient (peace and quiet) The owner is friendly! entertainment, as they say, "for every taste and color" (if you want Russian billiards, you want "pool" and if you don't like it, you can play table tennis or have fun singing karaoke!)so the pleasure is worth the money, and maybe more! Everyone liked it!so I recommend it!the owner has a big + in karma for this place!

On 17.08, we booked a sauna for November 15-16 (later, as it turned out, no one signed us up). No one called us. On 11.11 I wrote on Instagram that we would be on 15-16 and the owner wrote that we would arrive at 17:50 (as it turned out later, he confused us with others). What do we have as a result? We go to the sauna with our bags (groceries, overnight items), where people are already hanging out. To say that we were shocked is an understatement. But luck smiled and we were accepted at the Zarechany Estate (plus, water is not poured into the living room after the pool, everyone has their own room for the night and the owners are so good-natured) I didn't hear the words "Sorry" at all!

It's a great place to celebrate a birthday with a group. Everything is clean, tidy, spacious, the sauna and hammam are at the highest level, the pool is clean, there is tennis and billiards. We all really liked it, the owner is very friendly! I recommend it wholeheartedly.
