I am very disappointed in this bank I have been renting a cell from them for more than a year and more than once I got into the situation that I come to the bank an hour before the end of the cell manager's working day (17.00) and did not get there!!! Everyone's working day is almost 18.00 and to get into the cell you need to leave work two hours before the end of the working day !!You ask for leave and you don't get in!!!Yesterday there was the same situation, I arrived at the bank at 16.20, there were 2 people in front and at 16.55 a girl came out and said that they would not be able to accept me and another client!!! Terrible attitude towards their clients We will switch to another bank with such a relationship. They served 1 person in 40 minutes! Take 2 managers for this operation, one accepts people to visit the cell, the second concludes contracts, etc.!! Otherwise you will not have so many customers! And to add to all this, that people are sitting for an hour and there are only 2 people in line, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience!!!
