The food and treatment are great. There is no kettle in the rooms, but there are coolers with hot and cold water on the floor. Elevators. One of the disadvantages for me, as a person who moves on crutches, is baths instead of showers. I lived in rooms for four people with complete strangers and there is no disinfectant in the bathroom to wash it, I also consider this a minus since it is not hygienic. Shower gel and shampoo are not provided, so take them with you. I would also take a mug with me. Take all the medicines you need because there is no pharmacy on the territory of the sanatorium. There are only two small shops, a sauna lounge and a swimming pool. The lounge is paid, but the prices are very reasonable, the cuisine is delicious, and there is karaoke. Beautiful interior. Sauna and swimming pool are free of charge. There is a library and a great gym for free too. My cons relate only to accommodation, but otherwise everything is fine.

I would rather call it a Hotel (not a Sanatorium). Solid four stars. In a separate wing there are sanatorium procedures (they are optional for rest periods of at least four days). My mom and I had a vacation- five. I liked Caracal baths and Floating the most. The beach is nice and clean. But the coastal zone is "wet" along the tide line, as on Kapchagai (who knows, he will understand). Pleasant music is playing in the "hotel" wing - Russian pop songs performed on dombra. What gives the national flavor. Two days before our departure, interior paintings were also hung on the floors in the National Museum. style. Very beautiful. The kitchen is good. But I would add pastries for diabetics (based on modern approved sweeteners - Erythritol, Stevia). According to many people, this is not their first vacation there. I'd love to do it again, too. I really liked the Chapters.A doctor and a Trainer. The girls who clean the rooms are very pleasant and considerate.
