We visited in July 2025. Half of the barbecue range was not available. The shish kebab seasoning (vinegar with pepper, traditional for Balkhash) was served as plain water with the smell of vinegar and a piece of onion))) There is no music. The shish kebab was neither deep-fried nor salty. The pickled onion was old. It's scary to go to the toilet - it's very cramped, with cracks from which visitors can be seen, dirty. They didn't bring the receipt - they showed the waiter's piece of paper instead. Dried white bread was served to the barbecue instead of flatbread. The place is in the very center of the city, but it turned out to be much worse even than the institution in the children's town on the embankment. Disappointment

tonight we went for a beer with a barbecue , the service is absolutely disgusting, orders are forgotten, delivery cannot be expected, and they even added to the order. I don't recommend this coffee, it's a very disgusting service.
