One of the establishments in the capital with the familiar word "bakery" in the name. They came in with a bit of skepticism, but they quickly got rid of it. The baking is done conscientiously: if the ring is with cream, then it is with cream; if sour cream, then without a doubt it is. Coffee...quite decent. The staff are trying their best, they don't sit still, judging by the answers to the questions, they are not without a sense of humor. One of the features is New Year's pictures from a slide projector on the wall. Why not? The kids will definitely like it.

We have visited this bakery more than once — we always remain absolutely delighted! 😋 The pastries are incredibly tasty and varied: everyone will find something to their liking.🥨 I was especially pleased with the lunches: the soups are simply a masterpiece (rating 10 out of 10!), and the mashed potatoes with a cutlet are a real homemade treat.❤️‍🩹 The staff and the host are very polite and attentive. the bakery is very cozy. the pastries are delicious, but for some reason they added bitter sweet syrup to my coffee, even though I didn't order it. the guy at the cash register and, as I understand it, the manager are very polite and kind to the visitors. I didn't really like the meringue roll, but the croissant with blueberries and caramel is great!

After some time, the disappointment of an inadequately inflated price tag (for example, the "Oven" near the Sports field is worth it - there is always perfect quality), especially in a place with poor geolocation, although the bakery initially opened with a focus on the area in which it is located. Initially, it was a nice family bakery with a good assortment of pastries, desserts, and breads, including wholemeal flour, sugar-free, and yeast-free in its starter culture, which is more than 100 years old, according to the owner. Initially, we made a variety of superfoods - whole grain croquettes. A good workshop and a coffee machine. Unfortunately, I have to update the review after a meager pan cotta for a couple of spoons without any special features for 6 rubles - the price tag for desserts is per 100 g, and not per piece, as usual. The first time we came today with my daughter and we were sooo satisfied: the staff was customer-oriented, the pastries were simply delicious, the atmosphere was warm and cozy in the bakery, clean, well-groomed and atmospheric. Excellent bakery "at home". Pleasant atmosphere, friendly hosts and staff, very tasty and varied assortment. There are many different flour products (ranging from breads and pies to all kinds of buns, cakes and attached ones), delicious coffee/tea, soups for lunch, etc. There is a separate parking lot, it is cozy inside (it feels like part of the soul is invested), several tables, a children's area, tables outside in season. Everything is always fresh, dairy and meat products used in the bakery are directly from the farm. Of the cons (which are either not really cons or not related to the bakery itself): - sometimes if you come too late, then a lot will already be eaten before you :) - nearby, the fence from the construction site / repair slightly spoils the view. Otherwise, everything is fine, I recommend it.

And all the products are really tasty and high-quality. And now there are no complaints about the quality. But, unfortunately, the thirst for earnings won out and the bakery turned into an ordinary CANTEEN, a delicious, but a canteen. There's always a queue inside, movement, fuss, the smell of cutlets and dumplings, borscht, someone munching like a pig, someone banging a spoon on a plate so that you can go deaf. Today, 05/01, I waited 15 minutes to get to the ticket office. Therefore, if you are looking for a nice place for a cup of coffee and delicious treats, you are not here. As an option, buy and carry it home, or sit at a table near a cafe. It's a pity, I loved this bakery and told everyone. And now, how can you imagine that there is no particular desire to stand in line under the clatter of forks and spoons, munching and eating burgers and borscht ((

I would like to share my new impressions of the products, however, I am afraid that later I will not have enough))). Pies average 5 rubles per 100g, cakes from 4 to 9 rubles per 100g (not per piece, please note, everything will be weighed at the checkout). Believe me, every piece is worth its ruble. They took rye ciabatta - airy, nostringent, inhaled the smell and said in unison with her husband: "Bread!" Curd cream ring - for the first time in many years with real tender cottage cheese. Sour cream maker... You will no longer eat sour cream from the store. Sour cream maker looks like a small quiche filled with sour cream souffle 2 cm thick. I specially weighed this miracle at home, it weighs under 180g! Imagine this luxury. Many people tried the cakes, took them home piece by piece and ate them in a cafe yesterday. They are perfectly balanced in sugar content: nothing sticks together either before or after))) Bravo to the pastry chef and thank you for the cozy atmosphere, we will come again.

A very cozy bakery-cafe for the whole family. A comfortable sofa with cool pillows that children will like. I liked the photos on the wall with a suitable theme. And now about the assortment.
