As if nothing had happened, they say that there is no record because I did not send the check! Great. So, as a client, I signed up, sent the money, came to the procedure, and was turned away because I hadn't sufficiently proved my willingness to be their client? I wrote that if THEY needed a receipt, they should look for it themselves, without bothering their clients. Why is my account and even the money sent not enough? Why do I have to go through this obstacle course before the procedure just to get to the master? To which the salon first confirmed my entry. Then he deleted his message. Then he advised me to find another salon. And blocked in addition) Let me remind you that I am a normal customer and have already been to their salon. I made an advance payment and calmly attended the procedure. And yes, withholding an advance payment, even if the customer has not arrived, is NOT LEGAL in our country by itself. But such sharashkin offices didn't give a damn about the law)
