I made an agreement with a person about polishing the headlights and then booking them in film, drove the car, showed it, asked how much it would cost to polish and film them, and what the nuances were, and got the answer that I would do it without any problems. Okay, the next day, I bring the headlights removed from the car (before removing the bumper from the car, but these are small things), I leave them, I ask, is everything okay, will everything work out? He answers yes, leave it, wrote down the phone number. The next day, at lunch, there's a call in which a man explains to me that he looked and that he doesn't have any 3000 sandpaper or some kind of film and that he won't be able to do the job we agreed on. I asked, what was the problem with saying this before or not taking on such a job at all? In response, I received some stupid meaningless phrases. In general, I got off work, arrived, just took my headlights, no one said a word at all about the fact that we had agreed on something, that I had wasted my time, etc. All I saw was the indifferent, silent face of the "master" with a malicious smile. People, what's wrong with you? You can't, you don't want to, don't take it, tell the client right away. I do not know how to negotiate with someone and give something for repairs in our time.
