I ordered a 7th grade physics workbook for my daughter, and the teacher clearly indicated that the graduation year should be 2025. Aversev found this notebook on the website, in Belarusian, where the description clearly indicated issue No. 9 of 2025, ordered, paid, but the notebook of 2024 came to me!!! She wrote an appeal that the consumer's rights had been violated and the wrong product had been sent. I was waiting for someone to contact me, I had to look for contacts myself and contact the store, I didn't get through the first time, the staff took a long time to figure out the issue, constantly saying that the notebook of 2024 and 2025 are the same!!!! When I asked why I should post information on the site that the notebook was 2025, no one could answer me, they offered to compensate for the inconvenience by replacing the notebook or sending other auxiliary material. And silence. I was then contacted and asked if anything had been sent to compensate me for the inconvenience, and if not, they asked me to call back, but no one else answered my calls, and no compensation was received. Monopolists who create what they want without caring at all about the customers and users of their products. Horror.
