A stunning new hotel in the very center of the city is located inside a green courtyard. Excellent spacious room with a balcony and a very tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!

A cozy, small hotel in a quiet location. The hotel is located in courtyards, and the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants and mini markets nearby. We had a rest in the middle of February 2026. The rooms are cozy and multifunctional: a huge wardrobe, a TV, a mini fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The room was cleaned every day. The music is playing calmly in the lobby of the hotel, there are flowers. Very cozy and atmospheric. I'll note one drawback: the towels are very washed, with spots sticking out of the threads. I would like the hotel owner to pay attention to this and replace them, and then the hotel will sparkle with different colors! Marina met us at the reception, suggested an excellent restaurant with live music, and provided her assistance in any matter. Thanks a lot to her. I would like to mention the original breakfasts separately , they are simply bombastic.Many thanks to Susanna for the delicious pastries, Georgian and Armenian dishes, pancakes, Gata! And the most delicious coffee. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. Thank you for your hospitality and a great stay in Yerevan.
