I haven't been able to get my order since January 8th. It was supposed to be delivered on 09.01, but due to the weather conditions it did not work out (no one warned me about this). The delivery was postponed to 12.01, unfortunately, on 12.01, nothing was delivered to me either, for unknown reasons. In the morning, we sent a message that the delivery would be on 13.01, which also did not happen. I called the call center 100 times, but no one picked it up. Terrible service and attitude towards customers!!!

They will never admit guilt, unsubscribe letters, you are always the only one to blame. They don't even recognize evidence from video cameras.
