I was looking for a studio for gluing a car with a protective film and wrote to many people in advance: I specified prices, conditions and deadlines. In the end, I chose Auto Detaling Ltd. — and I have never regretted it. The staff is very attentive and customer-oriented. When I left the car, they even called a taxi back to my house — the service is located behind the ring road, and it's really inconvenient to get there without a car. Upon receiving the car, service employee Yuri showed everything in detail: which areas were glued, explained the features of the coating and gave clear recommendations for care. He also told me what not to do so as not to damage the film, and how to wash the car properly. I would also like to mention the pleasant bonuses: drinking water was put in the car — it was very hot that day, and such a gesture turned out to be really useful. In addition, I was provided with documents on body gluing, which can be used in the further design of the car park. In general, I was very satisfied with the service, the attitude towards the client and the quality of work. I recommend it!

Делал комплексную защиту для своего нового автомобиля: оклейка кузова в бронепленку и антикоррозийную обработку. Результатом остался доволен на все 100%, поэтому смело пишу этот отзыв и рекомендацию: пленка легла идеально. Все края аккуратно заведены, никаких пузырей, мусора под пленкой или кривых стыков. Ребята подошли к делу на совесть. Днище и арки обработали тщательно, обработаны все скрытые полости. Менеджер всегда был на связи. Сроки не затянули, отдали машину точно в обещанный день. Отдельное спасибо за бережное отношение к салону и деталям автомобиля во время разборки/сборки. Цена полностью оправдана качеством материалов и подходом к делу. Однозначно рекомендую этот дитейлинг всем владельцам новых авто!

Even before the car came to the dealer, the studio staff discussed with me all the details of the upcoming work, gave me recommendations and recorded the expected dates of work after the car was issued. Even before receiving the car, we booked the amount of work and even after the increase in the cost of anti-corrosion treatment (the issue of my car at the dealer was postponed several times), we did everything at the price we agreed on earlier, and also invited us for a tour to see the work process. After receiving the car from the dealer, I immediately went to the studio, where I met a very pleasant staff, At least 3 people offered coffee. The car was hired on Wednesday and they said that everything would be ready on Monday, but this is with a margin. On Friday evening, they already called back and the car was given out. Thank you very much for the quality of your work, the staff is attentive and ready to prompt and help. The work was done perfectly and very quickly. I recommend it to everyone. By the way, they also have the most affordable prices throughout Minsk. After receiving it, there was a nice bonus and a discount card in the car. I have already recommended the studio to my friends. Thank you so much for the work done.
