I'll say it briefly! The staff is responsive, all questions were answered, all requests were fulfilled, well done! The whole area is clean! Swimming pool and fitness are included, spa is optional! The cuisine is delicious, you can go to the restaurant, you can order in the room! The location is good, near the embankment you can go for a walk in the evening)

Nice solid hotel. The rooms and common areas are clean, the renovation is not fancy, but good. The sound insulation is average. The staff is friendly. Water is provided according to the general schedule, which is notified when confirming the reservation. But apparently there are some kind of storage tanks, so at least there is a minimum pressure almost always. The price tag, of course, is a horse. Although by Donetsk standards it's just big.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are always clean, the reception staff is polite, they always respond to requests (to call a taxi, suggest the best route) and try to help. I would like to mention the restaurant separately. Good and varied breakfasts. There is also the opportunity to visit the SPA complex and the gym. Definitely, I recommend you to visit.
