They broke my frame when I was replacing my lenses, and now they want me to pay for a new one. I brought my glasses, which I bought from them. I asked in advance — can I keep the old frame? They said yes. They did not warn about the risks. On the day of issue: "the frame is broken, pay for a new one." To return as it was — a refusal. They offered me a 50% discount on a new one, meaning I have to pay for their mistake in half. I walk around with broken glasses, the lens falls out. They have new lenses.
