We bought a car on credit! A month later, an error popped up on the ABS sensor. The entire braking system went into an accident. The brakes got stuck and almost got into an accident. We turned to Aster. We were told to wait for the sensor within 45-60 days, and we will change it for you. The question is why we should be afraid to wait such a long time. The car is not worth driving because it is dangerous, but the loan is being paid. After raising this issue with the higher management, they called back and said the sensor would be available in 10 days. So while you're boiling, you won't make a fuss? As a result, it has already been 15 days since they promised that it would come in 10 days. What kind of attitude? It's like we're in the USSR, where everything was hard to get. This is the age of technology and digitalization. Worldwide delivery is well established. From the Chinese market, a maximum of 20 days delivery. In Russia, the assembly is in Kaliningrad and delivery is within a week maximum. What could be 45 - 60 days??? What could be the problem?? The request of the general management is to consider this appeal and not leave it aside. You're ruining your reputation. And set up a condition for the delivery of spare parts....
