We had a service today!The service is terrible!There are long queues everywhere!There are no consultants in place!consultant Momot Sergey behaved abominably!He was rude, and at the exit he gave advice to "stop running around the salons". Instead of the promised 1.5-2 hours, they waited for the car for three whole hours!The stated problem with the transfer of the car was not fixed, we found out about it only after we clarified it ourselves!while we were sitting in line, we saw and heard a lot of dissatisfied customers! The only positive thing is the watchman at the exit from the salon, thank him for his kindness!We will not contact your salon anymore!

In the end, after all the ordeal, I picked up the car at 20:00 ... Thanks to the Aster staff for their ability to spoil the holiday...
