We stayed for one night. The main advantage is the location (directly opposite Registan) and the price of 24$. There is a hostel on the ground floor, and separate rooms on the second floor. Please note that this is not a hotel, but a guest house. The room is tiny, but very clean. Excellent bathroom, perfectly clean, new, with shiny faucets and good water pressure. There is a hygiene kit and even a hair dryer, which I did not expect at all for this price. There is no closet, but we didn't need it, we were without jackets. Two separate beds. The mattresses and pillows are new, and so are the linens. Mattresses are hard, like everywhere else in Uzbekistan))There is an air conditioner. The Wi-Fi was working fine. The host is very friendly, he helped in everything that was asked for. The gates close at 00.00. Then you need to call. We left our suitcase until the evening without any problems. There is no breakfast, but in Uzbekistan, food is not a problem at all. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll come again. I repeat, the main advantage is the excellent location. I would advise the owner to hang some big picture of Samarkand above the beds, it will become more spacious. When evaluating this guest house, keep in mind the price. It is impossible to demand services for $ 24 that are provided in a hotel for $ 50-60. We've been to different hotels: over 50, over 100, and over 250. This option is very, very good for its price.

A very nice hotel (Guest house), whatever you want to call it, but everything is clean and very convenient location! The owner of this establishment is very friendly and very helpful with advice and more. In general, for those who have come to relax and take a walk, that's the best thing. A quiet and cozy hotel!!!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, Registan is a one-minute leisurely walk away. The owner of the hotel is very sincere. Clean, the room has everything you need, good mattresses and bed linen. I highly recommend it!
