They also forbade us. The mattress is also very hard. The windows of the hotel overlook the truck parking, others overlook the road. The hallway is smoky. There are certainly no air conditioners in the rooms. They said it was possible to wash things. It's up to you. We didn't stay on the crisp mattress, so I want to get a good night's sleep after the trip.
