We had a rest in late August and early September together. I liked the room, good repair, spacious shower, bathroom. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, however, did not work, but it was not really needed. The mattress is comfortable, we slept well. Veranda with a clothesline, second floor. There is a shared kitchen, we only heated the kettle there, and used the microwave. But people cooked there. The territory is green, not small. There is a cafe where Artyom cooks maso, fish on the grill, Suzanne makes great boats and shawarma. We liked the location, close to the beach, cafes, canteens, market. The sea is clean, without drains, this is where we rested. We recommend it to everyone, inexpensive

We had a rest in June, the room was large with amenities and that's all the advantages, for 8 days they never cleaned the room, as they say, you have a shared kitchen at your disposal and there is one Soviet-era stove, with 2 comfortable people for 40 for sure.There is a dining room, but you won't even want to eat there for free.As they say, 700 800 meters to the sea is a lie, there is exactly a kilometer and a half, in general, I do not recommend this guest house so that the vacation would not be spoiled.And who is interested in writing them all the positive reviews is just weird.
