We stayed with my husband at the Art Hotel and were absolutely delighted! I was most impressed by the style of the hotel, which is rare in Abkhazia: a chamber‑like, cozy, truly "lamp-like" boutique format. When you step out onto the balcony, it's like you're in a coniferous fairy tale — surrounded by beautiful coniferous trees, a picturesque green area, an atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. The sea is just a couple of minutes away — very convenient! We lived in a Deluxe room — it turned out to be very spacious, with a large double bed. The room had everything you needed: a tea station; fridge; Smart TV (even managed to turn on Kinopoisk); fan; shoe spoon; disposable slippers and a bathrobe. The room is decorated beautifully and stylishly — you can immediately feel the thoughtful design. Of the advantages of the hotel as a whole: scenic view of the coniferous grove from the room; the sea is nearby — you can walk in a couple of minutes.; The heated pool with stunning views is the perfect place to relax.; cafe on the ground floor: the price includes breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner (complex); I especially remember the cheesecakes — they are simply delicious! friendly staff who create a homely atmosphere; Facilities for families with children: baby cots are provided; water coolers on each floor. There is excellent infrastructure near the hotel: across the street, just 100 meters away, there is a pharmacy, a supermarket with a variety of products and a beauty salon. A small construction project is currently underway on the territory — preparations for the season are in full swing. The receptionist said that very soon there will be a cozy outdoor bar: you can order a barbecue and enjoy a hookah. We are looking forward to it — it sounds very atmospheric! The hotel is small, which only adds to its charm. Ideal for relaxing holidays, remote work or traveling with a small child. We definitely recommend it and plan to come back again!

We had a rest with a friend from 07/25-08/03/2025. I really liked the hotel: cozy and quiet. The room has air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, TV. Heated swimming pool. We had 3 meals a day: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, there were always fresh pastries, everything was delicious. The staff is polite. The sea is within walking distance, the cleanest. Its own beach with sun beds. Special thanks to Alkhaz at the reception - he is always polite, will help you with everything, will tell you. And what kind of kebabs were there.... many thanks to Sergey, who cooked them so well (even people from other hotels came to him for kebabs). We really enjoyed everything! We had a vacation on June 20-27, 2025 with mom. I really liked it, I want to come back! Excellent polite and helpful staff, always ready to help. The food is incongruous, sometimes spicy (at least for us), but very tasty. Special thanks to the chef. In the morning, there is a buffet, lunch and dinner according to the menu, which is posted in advance. There is a wonderful heated swimming pool, and delicious barbecue is being prepared nearby. The sea and the beach are 5 minutes away on foot 🏖️ There are pebbles on the beach, but this does not prevent you from having a great rest, and if you are frozen, you can always return to the hotel pool and relax on the veranda 😉 If you forgot a towel, they will give you another one so that you don't freeze - guests are always taken care of here! The room has a bathrobe and 3 towels for each guest, shower gel, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Internet, cleaning every day, on the third day the bed linen and all towels were completely changed. Thank you for our wonderful vacation, as if we went to visit our relatives Now we will recommend this particular hotel to everyone!😍 we were satisfied and still warmly remember our vacation 😊
